Beaver Scouts are the youngest section in The Scout Association and are aged 6–8 years old.
Cubs is the next progression from beavers so you have to be between 8 and 10.5.
Scouts are aged between 10.5 and 14 years.
Explorers are the older and more experienced scouting members and they are aged between 14 and 18
